Freight delivery
We deliver generators across Melbourne and Victoria via trusted freight partners. Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout using Australia Post rates based on your postcode and the generator's weight and dimensions. Delivery times vary by location, typically 2-7 business days for metro and regional Victoria.
Free depot pickup
You can collect your generator directly from our Melbourne depot at no charge. Select "Free depot pickup" at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a suitable vehicle and tie-downs for transport.
Returns
If your generator arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Made-to-order and custom-built generators are non-returnable unless faulty. To request a return, email info@hansonhire.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
Warranty
All new generators come with the manufacturer's warranty, typically 12-24 months. Refurbished and custom-built generators carry our own workshop warranty. Warranty details for each product are listed on the product page and included with your order confirmation.
